*How do I shop a phone strap case?
You may select your phone model and country and add it to the cart. Then check the model again in the cart and pay.



*Do I have to sign up to purchase it? 

Non-members can also purchase it.




*What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit or credit cards ( American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and UnionPay) and PayPal.



*How can I use debit or credit card to check out?

It can be used via PayPal (our credit card settlement service provider).

Please choose PayPal as the checkout method and fill in the payment details after clickling "Pay"button.



*How can I make changes to my order?

Simply email us within 12 hours. Be sure to include your order number!

And also let us know the details, the phone model or name of the phone strap in email

It is possible when 'Preparing for shipping'. 

However, it is not possible to cancel when the delivery status is 'Shipping'.

*Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! 



*How much is the delivery fee? 

The delivery fee is US $20. Shipping is free if you purchase more than $50.



*How long does it take before my order gets shipped? 

ARNO products are made-to-order. Unless otherwise specified, 

products are shipped an average of 1 days after the date the order is made.

However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking / perfecting your items, 

particularly during the peak season around end of the year. 



*How long does for shipping to deliver the package? 

The delivery time will vary a lot from country to country. In short, the shipping time alone could be within 2 - 14 days.

Delivery time is not guaranteed for Standard Shipping as there are lot of factor affecting its speed.

The above does not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country. 

In some cases the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents 

and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery.



*Will my package be delivered to my house?

Arno products are shipped safely in a dedicated box suitable for overseas shipping and will arrive at your house. 

There may be exceptions that door-to-door delivery service is not provided in particular cities/areas/countries, though this is rare.



*How can I check my order status? 

Sign in to your Account (or View non-member order)  and click on "Tracking shipment".

In some instances, carrier's tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.



*Import Taxes & Duties

Some countries may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, 

and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. 

These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. 

For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.

Precautions when using the product


*Pulling the phone case and strap in opposite directions can cause the phone to fall out of the case. In particular, take caution not to sit on the case with a strap hung around your neck or have the case stuck in a chink, which may have the phone be separated from the case.


*This product went through many procedures to ensure durability. Any damage that occurs due to neglect, such as through external physical force or impact, will not be compensated by the company.

Returns And Exchanges


 *Can I get an exchange or return it?

 Yes, it's possible if you haven't removed the tag. 



*How can I exchange and return? 

Should you wish to return your item(s), please kindly email (arnohelp@naver.com) us with the reason of return, 

 within 10 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable). 

Then we'll email you further instructions on how to return or exchange your order.

Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.



*What are the exchange and return processing costs and shipping costs?

Returns or Exchanges on products for reasons other than ARNO error will be subject to a 50% processing fee on the refund amount 

(after adjustment of discount/shipping, if required). 

Shipping fee is non-refundable.



*How can I get a refund?

Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. If the payment was made using credit / debit card, 

there might be a lead time required by PayPal (our credit card settlement service provider) to set up the credit transaction with your bank.



*Return Shipping Precautions 

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning or exchanging items. 

Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team.

Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions 

by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
